Yongjun Guan (Ph.D.), Chief Scientific Officer (CSO).

With nearly 30 years of research experience in virology and immunology, and over 20 years of expertise in anti-infective antibody development, he has served as a key Principal Investigator for multiple NIH R01 and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation grants. He has authored over 40 SCI-indexed publications and was honored as an "Emerging Scientist" by the Gates Foundation's CAVD in January 2010.

He completed his postdoctoral training at McGill University and the University of Toronto under the mentorship of Dr. Mark Wainberg, a world-renowned HIV expert, former IAS Secretary-General, and inventor of Lamivudine (3TC).

In 2004, he joined the Institute of Human Virology (IHV) at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, established by Dr. Robert Gallo—co-discoverer of HIV, renowned cancer and virology expert, and co-founder of the Global Virus Network (GVN). He was promoted to Director of the Human Antibody Core Facility and Assistant Professor in 2009.

Sam Liu (Ph.D), CEO and co-founder.Dr. Liu has over 20 years’ experience in biological drug development. Before he co-founded Shenzhen Enduring, he worked for Bristol-Myers Squibb to lead Clinical Manufacturing Activities, responsible for the GMP production and IND application of phase I-II clinical monoclonal antibodies. Before that, he worked for Belrose Pharma and Enzon Pharmaceuticals, INC. as a senior scientist. He is an expert in developing biological drugs, especially in developing PEGylated biological drugs. Under his leadership, two PEGylated protein drugs were approved by FDA during his 13-year tenure in Enzon pharmaceuticals, INC. Dr. Liu received his Ph.D from Penn State University in US.

David Wu, Chief Operating Officer (COO) and co-founder.Mr. Wu is a seasoned scientist with proven leadership in developing PEGylated anti-cancer drug for IND filings and phase I/II clinical trials. During his 20-year tenure in Enzon Pharmaceuticals Inc, he witnessed the development of PEGylation technology and contributed significantly to move four PEGylated drug candidates into IND filings and clinical trials.
